Create, link and manage animal labels
Create labels in your own colours and put them on animals to group them your own way.

Add a label to an animal
On the animal record, tap + Add label. You can also tap a label already on the animal.
The Labels window lists every label on your holding. To make a new one, tap Add new.
Enter a Label name and pick a colour. Tap Add (Add label on a computer).
Tick each label you want on the animal and untick any you want to remove. Each change saves straight away. Tap Update or Close when you have finished.
A label name can be up to 32 characters. Two labels cannot have the same name.
Manage labels
On your phone
Tap More, then Labels.
Tap the round plus button to add a label.
Tap the pencil icon to change a label's name or colour.
Tap the bin icon to delete a label.
On a computer
Click More in the sidebar, then Labels. On the Livestock page you can also open the ... menu and choose Manage labels.
Click Add label to create one.
Click a label to change its name or colour, or to choose Delete label.
Deleting a label cannot be undone. Labels can also be used on fields.
To see every animal with a label, filter the Livestock list by that label.
