Fill in sex, breed or date of birth for every animal
If your spreadsheet has blanks, set the sex, breed or date of birth once for every animal that is missing it.

Missing sex, breed or date of birth? Set them once for every animal with a blank, then carry on.
On a computer
Upload your spreadsheet as in Add animals in bulk. Apply to all appears on the Fix errors step when some animals have no sex, breed or date of birth in your file.
Under Apply to all, choose a Sex and a Breed. The line under each says how many animals will be set. Choose Leave as unknown to leave them blank.
For the date of birth, select Choose a date and pick the date. To jump to another month or year, select the month name at the top of the calendar. Select Done.
Select Continue, then check the Preview shows the values you chose.
