Add a field
Add a field with its name, animal type and outline, then track animal numbers, movements and animals per acre.

Open the form
On your phone
Tap Fields in the bottom tab bar.
Tap the round button at the bottom right, then the plus button (Add Field).
On a computer
Choose Fields in the side menu.
Click Add field at the top.
Enter the details
Enter the Field name. It is required.
Choose a Group type: Sheep, Cattle, Alpaca or Mixed. Tick Barn/cattle shed for a building.
Add a Description (optional) or a label if you like.
Draw the outline
Tap Click to select location on the map. The outline is required.
Tap the corners of the field. A rough outline is fine.
Use Remove point to take points off, Add point to go back to adding, or Clear All to start again. Use the arrow buttons to undo or redo.
Tap the tick button at the bottom left of the map when the outline is done.
Save the field
Check the field size shown under the map.
Tap Add field.
